Saturday, May 21

6:30 AM         Building opened

7:00                 Start loading buses, checking in with assigned chaperone

7:30                 Depart KRHS

9:30–10:15      Late breakfast/early lunch/snack/ . . . .whatever!

11:00               Border crossing

12:30               Arrive Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal

1:00-2:30         Ferry crossing to Swartz Bay

3:00-6:30         Sightsee in Victoria

6:45                 Board buses in Victoria, make grocery store stop

7:30-10:00       Hotel - Quiet level #1  (moderate, consideration of other guests)

10:00               In assigned rooms, quiet level #2 (subdued talking, TV volume down)

11:00               Lights out, rooms taped by chaperones. Quiet Level 3 (there is NO 4!)

Sunday, May 22

7:30 AM         Wake Up! Breakfast on your own in hotel

10:00 AM       On buses, prepared for all day in Victoria (not returning to hotel until late)

11:00 -12:00    Concert Band at Beacon Hill Park venue

4:00 - 5:00       Jazz Band performs at Causeway venue

7:00                 Board buses

7:15                 Supermarket stop for breakfast supplies

 8:00                Hotel – Quiet level #1

10:00               In assigned room – quiet level #2

11:00               Lights out – quiet level #3

Monday, May 23

6:30 AM         WAKE UP !! Have breakfast in room, prepare to check out

7:30                 Room check with chaperone

8:00                 Depart

8:30                 Band to parade staging area
???????            Our position in the parade will not be known until 7:00 AM. Actual step
                        off time and completion will be a mystery until then.

1:30   PM        Buses arrive Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal

2:00-3:30         Ferry crossing

4:15                 Border crossing

5:30                 Dinner stop at Bellis Faire Shopping Center food court (Bellingham)

8:15                 Arrive KRHS
